having reached 70, my stats are capped at 355,(aa's used) can anyone tell me if there is anyway to make them higher..? (i have heard peeps talk about progression but ive no idea what they mean)many thanks....

DoN tier 1 will up each of your stats by 10.
MPG single group trials up your resists by (I think) either 5 or 8 per trial passed up to a total of 6 trials.
DoN tier 2 gives you a batch of HP/Mana which are separate to your stat caps it seems.

Anything past 255 is mostly vanity, btw, the rate of return drops sharply at that point. I wouldn't worry.
