To stack or not to stack........Follow

Ok, I am in need of some help to better my ranger out. I have this spell, but it does not stack with some buffs, but it will stack with others, but sometimes it stacks with the ones that it wouldn't stack with before, but only if it doesn't stack with the stack, on top of all that, which stacks with which. And all this blocking, what in the ......Well, can anyone help me please?

Warder's Protection RNG/60
1: Increase Damage Shield by 21
2: Increase ATK by 70
3: Increase AC by 13
4: Increase Max Hitpoints by 75
5: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 4 is effect 'Max Hitpoints' and < 1075
6: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 1 is effect 'Damage Shield' and < 1021
7: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 3 is effect 'AC' and < 1035
8: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 2 is effect 'ATK' and < 1070

When you're reading this part, cut out the 10's. Read it as:

5: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 4 is effect 'Max Hitpoints' and < 75
6: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 1 is effect 'Damage Shield' and < 21
7: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 3 is effect 'AC' and < 35
8: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 2 is effect 'ATK' and < 70
