So, I am playing my first ever EQ character. Lvl 13 dwarf Paladin. I am trying to find a decent weapon. I have a 1h sword that is like damage 6 delay 27. My real problem is that I need a magic weapon (can't fight willowisps, ghouls, etc.)
Where can I find, make, quest, drop, buy, a magic weapon. I am not looking for some uber thing, just a decent weapon that is magic.

Centi Shortsword you can pick up for about 500pp in the bazaar. You might want to think about a 2hs and a 2hb item too, because you don't want your skills to not be up to par when you get that uber item. There also seems to be a quest that you can do to get a magic weapon, but I can't think of it right now.
If you need to make some plat, the easiest thing to do at your level is to farm spiderling silks, spider silks (used in cultural armor), and bone chips and sell them in the bazaar. Oh and what server do you play on? If your on Xegony I might have something that you can have.

Ghoulbane is a questable, Pally-only sword. Fun quest, and for your level, you would probably get unreal experience for completing the quest.

Isn't Ghoulbane a level 30 quest?
I finished mine up at like level 24, started around 16 or so.
Thanks Thor, I couldn't think of the name of it.
Now that temp exists, ghoulbane quest can be done in late teens, to 20s. When I did it, mostly solo, it did it at 30, and still died 5 times at the crazed ghoul camp in bb trying to get the drop.
My advice to you is to go kill spiderlings, loot the silks and sell in bazaar. most servers you can easily get 10 p for a silk.
Then go searching the bazaar for weapons. )
I used the mace of the fallen crusader from level 40 to 55 as a paladin. So look for a nice 1hb item, springwood club, mace of the bloodskull or the pale paladiium maces can be found in dirrernt price ranges.
Centi ss is a good buy, but look at lots of things. You can get lots of 2hs 2hb and piercing weapons cheap as well. Look for a centi war spear for 2hp.
Remember until level 20 there is a damage cap.
