Can someone tell me the name of the effect of DoN augments that have an effect of extending or enhancing dots, similar to the one on the Tattered Cloak of the fallen. I have been doing searches, but it's hard to find without a name (don't even know if there is one).

I don't believe there is one that is purchaseable from DoN crystal merchants. Might be one that drops, but I'm not certain.

DoN merchant list

Check this out, you can pick exactly what stats you're looking for, the item type, etc.

You may also try and look at focus effects for an aug with it.

I have been trying to look it up. The name on the piece is a weird name, there's a few other pieces with that effect but it's not a common name. Improved Damage V is a common name for increased damage from direct damage spells. I wanted a more common name than that piece, which is uncommon Affliction of the Dragon.

/edit Not explaining too well.

If you're looking for something that is purchaseable with DoN crystals that extends detrimental spells, like your current cloak, there isn't one. If you just want one that increases the damage from DoTs, they do sell Burning Affliction ones.

I believe all the decent (works in full effect up to level 70) detrimental extension focus effects end with the words 'of the Dragorn.' There may be some out there that I am not aware of, though. I was trying to get enough LDoN pts to get Jagged Gravestone of Affliction until Elorian pointed out that it would probably be easier to get Facade of Fright from MPG Fear trials.

Again, there might be some droppable items from DoN that have similar effects, but I do know that the DoN merchants do not sell anything comparable for crystals.
