I have done each and every step of the quest without a hitch. Everything has been going along beautifully. Today I was able to get Historic Article, Crusades of the High Scale, and Head Housekeeper's Log from Lord Ghiosk in CoM. When I went back to The Spirit Sentinel, and turned them in, he gave them back to me, saying he didnt need them? Could my faction not be high enough?

That's what I thought too. I did the Rathe turn in's several times to be sure my faction was good. Now I am totally puzzled.
If I recall, the Spirit Sentinel moves and the one you need is at Emerald Jungle +3695, -640, in the pond.
It may be possible 2 instances of him are up and you need to find the correct one.

You were absolutely correct. I joined the Shaman chat on line on our server and posted my question and a very nice group of people reminded me that he was in the middle of the pond for that turn in. And he was !! Thank you
