I have my filter set to 'never filter', but still I find a number of posts being 'skipped by filter settings'. For example, 6 posts on Tunat Muram bestiary page. I know I'm probably not missing much, but why does this not work?

posts set to negatives by admins won't show up for anyone.
it's basically just their way of deleting a post - but being able to resurect it later if needed.
