Ok, so i've gotten the bag from the guy in the Temple of Ro.
I went to Freeport to get the coin, but they've redone the zone! So where on Earth is the new coin for the Tashania spell?? Any help would be very appreciated!

I would think that it would be the same guy with the same name. Try using find or getting someone that can track. Otherwise no idea

Im not sure if this is for the same quest but when i was helping someone in Quenos the other week there was a bag at the bottom of the pool in the Temple of Life. Curious soul that i have, i went swimming. I picked it up and it was a coin. In all my time, (I am lvl 70) I cannot recal seeing it there before. It repoped fairly quickly. I was going to research what it is for, but i forgot until i saw this post. Maybe the same coin you are looking for? I will log in to see what its called in a minute and will amend my post for what its called and for.
Upon researching it, i found out this is the same coin that is used in this quest. Happy hunting

There are 10(?) coins in 10 different places, the Qeynos one is not a substitute for the Freeport one...

You can find the coin in the large pool at the bottom of the mage tower where you zone into Arcstone near the giant spinning orb.
