When I got EQ Titanium downloaded, I went to my old account which I used in the free trial period which they gave on their website but for some reason when I tried to make a character it did not include
the added on material and at the beginning it said I only had the original trilogy and not all that Titanium had. How do I remedy this problem?

Log in again. At the patcher screen click the "check for missing files button" that will take you to a screen where all the expansions you have enabled on your account will show. Check them all.
You may need to go to your account screen to register the expansion. Did you ever enter a code for your Titanium upgrade?
