How exactly do you access the 'Forgotten Halls'? And how do they work?
Is there an experience bonus? Do the mobs run?

Need to talk to an elf on the docks in Nedaria's Landing to get the 'mission'. The entrance is in the cave back by the waterfall. Mind the bears...
