Hey Ladies and Gents,

I've decided recently that I will give EQ another go. I am excited about playing again but, I have many questions about the game in it's current state.

Could I get a list of expansions post Gates of Discord?

What are some of the more important game related changes?

What will I need to know, having been out of the loop for about a year or so?

Anything else that you can fill me in on would be great!

Thanks,

Knife

/sigh

Go to www.everquest.com for the list.

Too many too list.

Play the game, it will all make sense... or not.

Just log on and play... if you have specific questions, ask them.

Gates of Discord (Guild Progression)
Omens of War (One group expansion with upper guild progression)
Dragons of Norrath (Casual player expansion with minor upper guild progression)
Depths of Darkhallow (Casual player to gear equivalent to Time with some upper guild progression)
Prophecy of Ro (To Be Announced)

If your rerolling new EQ has made it rather easy to level up to 70. If your obsessive you could easily be there in a month or less if your box.

If your midlevel DoN will allow you to gear up nicely without a lot of hassle or huge time sinks of play time.

If your upper level guilded DoD will give you some really good challenges pushing you to be a better player.

If your high-end raiding the deep progression route has been minimized after GoD. It is much shorter to progress but the content is harder. The gear pay-offs greater.

EQ has definitely turned to instance zones instead of the FFA zones.

I'm sure you will find something in it you like. However friends and a decent guild makes the game in my opinion more than the content. All what you want out of it and how you go after it.

Good luck and enjoy!

For you to update your account with all the new expansions, get Everquest Titanium. Its $19.99 and has the origonal Eq plus all 10 expansions on it, and can be applied to a current account. Its definitely the way to go when your upgrading your account.

I guess the questions I asked were a bit too broad. Have there been any class nerf's that I need to know about? I guess that was my main concern. Thanks in advance,
