+avoid, accuracy itemsFollow

Is there a limit to how many items can have + to avoidance or other modifiers that will take affect? for example i have + 45 to avoidance , do all of those take effect?

Avoidance adds to your raw chance to avoid incoming damage as in dodge. Seems every +10 = 1% chance. and max at +120 is a +12% raw dodge chance. Its effect stacks with Imp Dodge 3, +% to dodge skill, and Talisman of sense buff.

is this a truth?

is this per class or universal
