Can anyone confirm that the Griffin monster mission in West Commonlands is bugged?
It seems that a player only receives a reward (item and/or experience), when he has looted the wisdom shard BEFORE Kathi (Task NPC) is hailed (last task stage).
Only one of our four player group got the exp, and it was the one that had looted the wisdom shard before. All the others also had the shard on them when leaving the mission, but got nothing.
One of the guys petitioned, but only got the GM response to check if the exp didn't go towards AA. At lvl 46. Very funny.
Anyone had the same experience?

We have no problem with this one, thing to do is to check the exp message you get before you actually zone out.

In my experience with MMs, you get the xp message after you loot the shard. Which is before you zone out. All the MMs I have done work like this.
I have heard of this particular MM being buggy. In my singular experience with it, I wandered around for a good 2 hours and still hadn't found all the eggs. Found the first 4 (stacked on top of each other) after an hour, then was unable to find anymore for the next hour. Needless to say, I exited that MM and never went back.
From what I'm understanding in your post; the mission may be bugged, but you should ALWAYS loot those shards immediately. I'm guessing they are on the merchants corpse.? (or maybe the guards, either way I have no idea as I never got that far) All group members should loot a shard as soon as you kill the mob, then go back for the hail to zone out or whatever.

You're right, the shard is on the merchant. Will try again, have a look if there's an exp message and loot the shard as soon as possible, before doing anything else. Thank you!
