Double Strike info needed Worn vs TributeFollow

Currently I have an augment with Ferocity (Ferocity II). I was looking at my Tribute selections and I can get Fury of Combat or something close to that, which will increase my change for a double strike. It looks like there are 3 tiers to this cost would be 90. My question is would they stack? Being Worn and Tribute, I think the Tier 3 would overwrite the worn Aug. but I thought I would ask
