Fletching help neededFollow

ok so I have my Fletching up to 202, I have amassed the components to try and make a Stonewood Compound Bow, so with a butterfly in my stomach and a small prayer I hit the combine button and... Nothing!

I get this lame "You are to inexperienced to even consider this combine"....WTF?

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?
Also, (Yes, I know about EQ traders) anyone have any idea's on how to raise my fletching over 202 without it costing an arm and a leg?

I did the Grandmaster's Fletching Knife once I hit 200. The down side is you really need a smith and brewer in the 150-200 range to get the job done. It will be costly. I would not even try the bow till 250 or so, probably 50% chance of combine. After level 268 I've been fooling with the Champion Arrows, but I really don't know what's best after 268.

It's a bit confusing because I found I could get components needed at a very low level on my fletching character, but my skills were very hard to get to the point I could use them.

I say decent, but that doesn't mean it still won't be costly.

As for the Stonewood Compound Bow - I believe you must have a minimum skill of 248 to attempt the combine. I couldn't find it with a quick search on EQ Traders but I know I read it somewhere.
