Morning everyone...

Thu: Warrior and Necro couldn't play, so it was just me (40 BST), 41 Druid and 42 Cleric. Got a 41 guildy Necro to join us and started an Everfrost mob count LDoN. For the first time, I was the group leader and puller. Pretty hard to keep my warder under control! Had a great time, althoug it was pretty close at the end (3 minutes left). We got 3 augs, and the Cleric successfully opened a chest (which contained pretty much crap). 57 kills during this mission got me 33% of my first Leadership point, which is pretty low. Should have started leading earlier...

Fri-Sun: Visiting my girlfriend's parents and having a really good dinner on Saturday. No EQ.

Worked with Nek Monster missions all weekend. Enchanter dinged 56 and also pinged his 5th AA point.

Hobo, the berserker, dinged 39 and 40 while adventuring in the Gulf of Gunthak. Then did 2 quick MM and now back in Gunthak 80% into level 40.

Learned the secret of main kiting! Never new you had to jump once during a lap. Also, turns need to be 60 to 90 degrees. Not the short radius, choppy, ones that always got me killed.

Morning bbot. Had a huge party at our place for all my college friends who still live in the area, and Sunday morning was spent trying to duct tape my wife's head back together (Her friend and she finished 3 bottles of wine together, and neither really drink! Smiley: boozing ). Sunday night, however, the mage Smegal got to 44 so only a little bit until he can get the long-anticipated KEI! Of course, I managed to pick something up (probably from one of the kids; cute little plague-rats), so being off work, I might get some extra deck time in.

Fri: Raided some new targets. We wiped a couple times but still had fun doing something new.

Sat: Spent all my EQ time doing some DoDs. Had a hard time dealing with a water zone. Smiley: banghead

Sun: Cleared time. Cazic dropped the silk robe pattern and I won. Smiley: yippee

Finished another DoD mission that's been giving me trouble. Smiley: motz I'm now 2 missions away from completing the werewolf resist clicky mask. Smiley: yippee

Did a Chardok raid on Saturday and got 3 epic drops for guildies. Also killed the Murkglider School Leader and my wife won a Greater Muramite Stone which is a big plus cause she dinged 68 this weekend and that'll get her her first 68 spell. (Yaulp whatever - yuck)

Then yesterday I did 2 MM's and dinged 70!

I started Rehogan on Jan 30th 2004 so took me almost exactly 2 years to get there. Been a long ride.

Hmm,

Thursday we did 2 of the fire nameds. I flubbed up the SA on reparm @ 4% and died in 7 seconds, luckily a pally was quick to grab and they finished him off.

I redeemed myself on the next guy up higher in the tower, MA died again @ 7% and I picked him up and tanked him to the end.

Friday was deemed "exp night". We headed to Ferubi to help a cleric with map pieces...we ended up in a 2group+ raid to get the last one.

Sat - Real EXP night. Did a couple DoDs and upgraded my Face and Ear slots, then headed to Ruins of Illisiden (erm... sp?) and proceeded to get owned by the mobs there. (5 man group, no mezzer, BL slower). Managed to take a named down that hit between 1200-1900 (I died @ 0% tho). Grats rot on a really crappy nodrop caster belt (REQ 63, for a 71-72 mob...).

Sun - Exped a bit in Thundercrest while farming for a friend's ranger mask, then we attempted the DN encounter for the bard epic. Encounter was bugged with previously leashed mobs up and we got owned...(can't control mobs hitting in the 40-60k range).

Tonight is my WoW night. I haven't even logged on for over a week :(.

Really bad week of dieing for me includeing four deaths while vet exp aa was running had about six kills in total for all four of those aa clicks so pissed about eight AA points down the drain.

On the up side I finished a goal that I have had sense luclin came out. I finaly got my cleric remove greater curse spell. The endless search for this spell is one of reasons I changed to necro as my main. I figured ill level him up to 60 and he can solo areas where research components drop for the spell. Well it took necro allot longer then I thought it would to finaly get the drops for spell lev70 350aa but quest complete. To bad cleric is retired now but atleast he has spell sitting in his spell book now.

It was a crazy week for spell drops for me I managed to bag research drops for Divine Itervention RGCx2 and Demi lich. At same time while hunting in Seb for a reet crown I also managed to get sunstrike and pox of bertoxuses off jumpy and seb protector.

So in end was slow week for AA points and a good week for money drops with the final finishing of a personal goal that in quest of finishing it has completely changed how I play EQ by changeing my main from a cleric to a necro.

Did DoD missions pretty much all day Sunday. Completed the 70 spell missions (too bad hybrids don't get a lvl 70 spell/disc). So got several slot upgrades and the resist clicky for those.

Solo'd a few Sabotage missions.

No EQ for me, got stuck picking up some extra shifts at work. Couldn't bring myself to log on after working 18 hours. But I did manage to catch up on some sleep!

Cleric also dinged 55 and got 2 aa's. Monk, after getting epic, than dinged 53. Smiley: grin
Got druid 30, shaman 31, and my warrior got 21 from 18.

Lets see.
On Povar took the invite for Aude Sapere last week.
Leveled to 21 and did the regent of Innoruuk quest for my clicky snare necklace. Started a halfling cleric on the second account, leveled to 11 and joined the guild "One Step Closer" Made a Halfling rogue and he is now in tutorial. May leave him there as a source of cheap arrows.
On Emarr, looked at gear, moved some around in prep for moving Courtin to Povar, or will I move Winjon?

Played around on the second account, on Cthule in prep for moving the druid over to povar. Will look to do the transfer sometime next week. Lots of little gear to get rid of.

Not much here either....Just completed the first part of my Cleric epic and started on the second part. It is nice to break off the day to day grind and quest....I think I'll do more of it after I complete my epic hehe.

Completed BiC up to tipt, started to work on Yxtta and KT step of BiC. Onegrouped primals for BiC drop, was one of the best time I ever had in EQ.
Also I finally got my epic 2.0!

One of my best weekends so far in eq for sure!

The Thought Horror Overfiend has about 900K hit points. We got him down to about 250K. Max hit on me was 788, I was totally unaffected by the AE. We all died. Oddly enough, I had a great time. Did three 1.5 epic battles succesfully.

Dinged my Alt.

Reached 75K pp on my mule.

Life is good.

no EQ on saturday and sunday.

Monday - started up EQ, sat around LFG then got a creator mission, we ate it on the mission so all i got was XP out of it. later found out that the tank had less HP then myself. once that was done i jumpped over to the FV server and handed off all of whatever was left on my BL to Tacosid and sacced him down for EEs, said good-bye to FV and deleted the toon. logged out to do some stuff around the house. decided that i didnt feel like sitting around LFG for another hour so i DLd the free trial of WoW. played that for the rest of the day.

This weekend, with the release of Titanium, I decided to make a 3rd account with a pally. Having a 56 Shaman and a 56 Ranger, I thought a Pally would be nice to have as a trio.

So fri night I created him.

During the day on sat and sun, were wife faction grinding days, I worked on finishing the basement. But both nights I sat down with the Pally and along with the Shaman to haste and heal, I finally dinged LV30 with him last night. 9hrs played and 30 levels, Is this still EQ im playing? Hehe, back in the day I remember it taking me six months to get lv30 with my first ever toon in 2000.

So all in all a good weekend.

Wow, I think I am beginning to have the full on withdrawal effects on not having EQ. I have almost made it 3 weeks. Between holidays and a trip to Atlantic City and having a friend stay with me for a week, I could almost get by without touching it. That time however seems to be coming to a close.

Hope to see EQ soon.
