Question concerning Beta Access - RoFollow

So yesterday there was a systemwide msg that there was a website available to apply for beta testing the new expansion. I went there immediately and logged in, read the ND agreement and it then went to a page which required an access key. So I guess my question is, how does one apply for beta testing? Do you automatically apply when you provide your login information? How long does it take to get a response?

Any info would be appreciated.
