I have seen people in PoK advertising 70% ext duration on their buffs. My wife is a cleric with 50% ext duration thru aa's, and another +15% from the mage summoned shoulders, for a total of 65% extended buffs.
Can anyone confirm any augment or item that will get you to 70% (or more)? Or are people in PoK exagerrating their buff durations?

There are some other ones with 25% I believe that will work on spells up to level 70, but I think those are all fairly hardcore raid items. Been awhile since I've looked, the 20% does me well atm.

The most easily obtainable 20% buff extension that I know is the "Hive Silk Pearl Necklace" with the focus "Eterninostrum" which is 20% to level 67.
It is the caster reward from the "Lost Gnomes: Hard".
Or, you can get an Extended Enhancement V augment from DoN, which is 15% to level 70.
Something better I can do with a group.. love to know about it.

one of my rings has the 20% extended, but i belive you can no longer get it, it was from the re vamped MM zone, but they now returned the zone to normal.
last night on a MPG raid trial an item dropped that had 25% to lvl 70 buffs. made for 262 min KEI.
my conviction or virtue with 70% extended is 255min. so you can tell if they are exagerating by the duration, if they have 70%, KEi, Virtue, Conviction will all be 255min. if has more duration that that, they are then 75%.
keep in mind, there are 20% items that only work on spells upto lvl 67 (coldain shawl) so conviction wouldn't get the full 255 min.

Conviction *is* a 67 spell.

Shawl may not give full 20% extension to spells after level 65 but it does give some extension. For example, without Shawl on Symbol of Balikor (level 66) lasts 108 min. With the Shawl on it lasts 120 minutes. I also noticed a difference on heals over time. Without Shawl, Pious Elixer (can't remember level)lasts 36 seconds. With Shawl, it gets another tic to 42 seconds.
Foci lose 10% for each lvl over the cap.

It is my understanding that the shawl should add at least one tick to any spell over 65th (with a duration of 24 secs +) but I have not had the opportunity to test this.
I'm also surprised that Balikor's isn't lasting a little longer than 120 mins, like maybe 7 mins longer, but, again, I have not really paid close enough attn to test focus effects myself after the level cap for maximum effect.

And, yes, extending Heals over Time is a really important boost.. remember the 50% from AA works, too.

That is exactly what I was alluding to in my post above, but a previous poster had said a normal level 66 108 min buff is extended to 120 mins. Which doesn't play out right with this method. I think you're right, but I honestly have not confirmed this myself in game.
Not sure this helps but the Druid Tier 1 OOW boots (Greenvale Slippers) have an extended enhancement focus.

Spell Casting Reinforcement (I believe) is the first 3 ranks.

forgot to add, it is like haste, you cannot stack two items with extended % on them. a 15% and a 10% won't get you 25% extended buffs. it will only take the higher % item.

There are some Bard songs that increase spell dmg ala Overhaste ie it stacks with everything else maybe theres one for durateion.... 85% seems like maximum durateion bonus for now so how long would say kei last ? or the high mana regen buffs?
