anyone know how much faction u need to do the drake mission u need to find 15 eggs then when i open 15th a named spawn? becasue right now i can only get he like 18 fang mission
I did it after gimblax so at least indif.

Indifferent faction gets you the Dwarf missions like Grounding the Drakes where you need to collect 15 fangs.

I have that problem too. Since I'm a Necro I try to do evil stuff, and I've got a token and some ebon crystals, but most people just do good missions so I also have a good token and a lot more radiants. No idea what my faction is.

You can turn the tokens into the wayfarer camp just outside the Sol B enterance. Do this until you are non KoS to the good camp.
As far as choosing a DoN faction, it would make sense to me, that if you are planning on progressing as a guild, you would all choose one side regardless of RP aspects...the gear is equivalent from either side and the missions are the same.
If you are just flying solo, trading the crystals back and forth doesn't seem to take too long. There is always someone looking to trade.

There is a small DoN camp near the lava lake and SolB tunnel in Lavastorm that helps you get or change faction. The camp has two task-givers from each side and one person from each side to accept tokens.
To speed up you factioning, get an individual task from that camp and complete the task while on another DoN. The tasks are usually simple collects, like "loot x drake blood", etc.
