We tried to find PH but no luck yet and we killed like 500 mobs :(
Anyone know LOC or can explain where in Dranik Sewers C Dragorn Foreman spawns pls?

Were you and all your group members level 70?

I am not completely sure how a group's level relates to the named that can spawn in those instanced OoW zones, but if I recall correctly your group's level does have something to do with it.

yes we all level 70, and he is in Sewers C just need to know the PH
