Hostage Gnome - Under the Sea - Gulf of GunthakFollow

The other night just after we had completed the Impassive Sea (Stoicism Spell Quest) in the Gulf of Gunthak, we were swimming back to the right hand side of the Beach (nr the tunnels) when a Gnome in black robes fell into the Ocean.

I Hailed him (failing to note his name) and he informed me that he was being held hostage, the Shammy in the grp and also go the same message about the lil'fella being held hostage.

We were on the way at that point (back) to Dulaks Harbour to attempt the Bards Quest, so I said over TeamSpeak that I would have a look on Allakhazam too see who the quest is for (a bit mean I know but the little fella looked happy enough having a swim).

I have just gone through the quests for the Gulf of Gunthak and cannot see any mention of a Gnome Hostage.

Could anyone point me in the right direction for this quest?

This is so I can have a read of it too see if it suitable for our main group?
