Coming back after a yearFollow

Can someone steer me to a link showing how to get the Testament of Vaneer. I am a 62 Druid coming back after a years absence. I need to re-equip and it seems to me that was an easy quest. I have already killed Dylon Starshine for his drop. I cant find a walk through.
