The easiest place is....The Hill Giants...Yawn

They remind me of the Aqua Goblins a few years back.

If you go try to get a strong team member as the loot the drop can sell at the merchant round the back of the hills for a lot of plat thing is...it's very very heavy.

The other night however in Dulak Harbour or group made in the space of 15 minutes just over 200pp in cash a loot (2 Fire Emeralds dropped in 5 minutes (just over 80pp to vendors)).

At this moment my favourite cash place with XP is Dulaks Harbour.

I think you might be a little low yet but give it a try. Learn how to quad kite in Cobalt Scar. Start slow with maybe only 1-2 mobs instead of 4 and work your way up. You will get good gem drops and the skins or hides or whatever they are sell good in bazaar. Don't mess with the named wyverns, and avoid the drakes for now.

At 47 there is allot of places that you can pharm loot that sells for decent plat to just about any merchant. The #1 one place to pharm plat is still as far a I know the Hill Giants of the Mountains of Raith. Since the Frogs took over and the Hill Giants took up residence in another area the merchants are really allot closer. The Fine steel weapons sell for an average of 5 pp each there are also Lambert stones that stack and can be sold commonly for 5 plat (cannot remember what class uses them).

The only problem with pharming here is that is the most popular place to pharm plat. Low levels toons can group and single pull all day and Uber toons like my main can completely dominate every spawn non-stop with no buffs. My point is that it can get over-populated with hunters. But check there regularly at your level you can solo the Hill Giants in relative safety just pick a safe spot to pulled to or /ooc a LFG and there you go.

There is also the entrance to permafrost there are 3 Ice Giants that guard the entrance two in the front camp and one farther back closer to the zone line. These mobs regularly drop allot of coin. Again it is common to see these camped but at your level you may still need a small group so again give a LFG /tell.

As far as loot that sells you are reaching the lvl's that will allow you to go into zones where just about all the loot sells for some small amount of plat you will just have to find your way. I based my hunting on how many mobs I can solo before a med break. I can Say i get allot of Gems in Draniks Scar but 47 is a little low for that zone. There are allot of older era armor quest gems that drop in Cobolt Scar if you do not mind having Couldn’t possibly get any worse Claws of Veshan faction then go there. If you cannot make it thru Kael Drakkel or the Sky Shrine to get to the Cobolt Scar the go to the Great divide and zone to the PoM there is a tree straight out from the zone in not fat at all that is the exit. It will zone you to the middle of the lake in the Cobolt Scar. The /loc of the tree can be found on the PoM zone thread.

Get a couple group members or a uber person. Goto LFay and farm yourself 4 stacks of brownie parts. Make winter chocolate for jumjum cakes. Make misty thicket picnics and get your baking to 300, sell the picnics for 2-3pp ea. Once your baking is high enough, flood the bazaar with them, last batch I made 25000 give or take 200. Sold them all in short order at 3 plat each. Easy 75K pp, just takes a little time. 4 stacks of brownie parts will get you to 300 baking in no time. You need fruit also, but those are always in the bazaar for dirt cheap. The rest is vendor available... easiest way to make plat there is... everyone needs stat food and picnics are amoung the best.

Bards use them for the Lambent Armor quests in Temple of Sol Ro, but does anybody do the Sol Ro quests anymore? I think there is so much better gear out there that the Sol Ro quests are outdated these days, even though they were uber when they were new.

update on Lambent Stone post above. Lambent Stones are an item required in DoN Cultural Armor crafting and on The Tribunal server we count ourselves lucky if we can find them in Bazaar for less than 150 plat per....this alone makes the Hill Giant's more profitable than the Ice Giants in Everfrost as the Ice Giant's never drop Lambent Stones...However it is very easy to make over 500 pp per hour in Everfrost if you sell the Fine Steel and Gem Stone drops..Coin varies from a few gold to 40 p per Mob

I enjoy soloing Crystal Caverns (lvl 50 bst- started farming at lvl 48) found half green, some mobs still lt blue. Start at the top and work your way down, 1.5 hours nets about 10 bricks of velium and assorted average (so far) weapons. Selling velium to tradeskillers at 25-50pp per brick (I am low-end compared to some traders).

You will need invis to get in, and possibly to get out...unless you use the geonid exit. At 47 you will still find some mobs dk blue to you. Get a good temp and KEI. Best of Luck and Fortune.

Go to deadside of lower guk, every dead frog drops phos powder, usually 2 per frog, and it sells for 1 plat 7 gold at merchant, they stack, and they do not weigh much ( good for a wiz )...plus fine steel and gems of all kinds drop...plus at your level you will make good exp also. Good money Smiley: grin

My main is a 70 wiz. First, learn how to quad.

Make sure you have sow potions/j boots to make you run faster.

1. Get the Staff of Temerate Flux, then Staff of Elemental Flux. This is what you clicky pull with while running. Look these up in item search on this site. Do the quests, they also debuff fire/ice resists when in a grp without a maloer/tasher, and the debuff stacks with their debuffs.

2. At this level use Bonds of Force (BoF), then later on Atol's Shackles to slow the 4 mobs run speed.

3. Use AE nukes. When they are at a distance, run more, nuke till all dead.

You can get at a max 4 mobs at a time.

Start off in Marus Serus and quad Greyhoppers. Use the Recondit camps or whatever they are, they will keep you safe from the pesky lighcrawlers. Make the low quality rockhopper hides to make leather padding, they sell for 20-25 pp ea in baz. Use the Greyhopper Hides to make armor to get your tailor skill up, and to twink your alts, cheap way to do this and not bad armor. Yuo can also sell this armor. Oh, and Greys are social, don't pick up more than 4.

Then see above. Go to CS and quad the Arctic Wyverns (maybe over 55?) avoiding Vulcarn(named). He is immune to speed decreasers. The gems are good and Pelts sell for 200-250 pp in Baz. Wyverns are not social and don't help there friends, and they run slow, so this is really easy to do.

Most importantly, level. With levels come more money than you will know what to do with.

But this is how I started to get my armor and mana up, and to be able to afford my spells.

Good luck!
