need help flaging :: Free Realms

Ive heard of having to have flags in order to enter certain plains but im having trouble locating info on how to do so.
Any info,or even a link to a site, on which zones need to be flagged as well as how to do so would be greatly appriciated.

is there a link that tells how to begin the flagging process the one above seems to just tell how to back track if you miss a step any info would be greatly appreciated thank you

Look up the zone Plane of Justice. Then look up quests for that zone. You'll see a list (six?) named Trial of XXX. Do either one fo those, and you have begun your quest of Planar Progression, aka the Time key.
