where do I see in Lucy, how much hate a spell generates? it's not hateamount or base1 I guess...
example: http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spellraw.html?id=1631&source=Live - how much hate do I generate when casting Atols?

My guess is it's really a secret forumla used by SOE that takes in account many of those numbers and even mob attributes.

how come though, that there are people out there, saying things like:
"ok, my ranger snare is 80 hate, I can caste every xx secs, thus outaggroing the pally using xxstun, generating 200 hate" (just examples).

My guess is that some people have figured out the rough amount of hate generated by spells using other spells (namely sk hate spells, which DO list the amount of hate generated) and then taking long parses and number crunching.
