The Shadow Haven Druid Faction QuestFollow

I've been trying to look up the quest that you gives you faction with the Halfling, Druid merchants in Shadow Haven. I did it years ago on my Main and now want to do it for an Alt. The problem is I can't seem to find it up on Alla unless I know the name of the quest, or the Zone it starts in, or the name of the item that you get as a reward (it's a neck piece).

Can someone help an old person with a bad memory? Please!
