I will agree with the sweetened ice tea, because i seem to go through about a gallon of it a day. As for food, depends on the time of day. Can be a bagel or toast for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, and i doo leave for dinner. it is a chance to get the blood flowing into those parts of the body that haven't been active for some time, and then for evening play, the main snack of choice.... microwave popcorn. I will throw it in the box and nuke it while medding, then grab a handfull as I continue.
