Depends if you want to solo or group, at this point you really should be grouping since the exp multiplier will make it much much faster.

Another point to make is to make sure you aren't comparing 61 exp to 60 exp; 60 is a half lvl and exp will be twice as fast, so you should be comparing the rate you're getting exp to 59 more than 60.

Anyway, as for zone recommendations, i'd stick to PoV mostly, but if you can get on a DoN that would be great exp, stick it out until 62 and a world of possibilites opens up to you with BoT, Sol Ro (do the alternate flagging in WW, you could easily solo it), and the self port to WoS.

In any case good luck, the early 60's can really suck.
