With the OOW Augments when do they become no drop when the are mounted or when the mounted gear is equiped??

When they are added to your gear.
which also makes that peice of armor / weap no drop as well, until the aug is removed.
now, once that aug is removed via a distiller type whatever.
That aug will be no drop.
