Thought I would throw this out there in the mix of things. Perhaps this is old news, but in Innothule Swamp right by the Pok book those 2 NPCs (in my subject) are there. When you hail them the message is, well I'm too lazy to type it all out right now.
But the priest requests your help, if you say "I wish to help", you get the following message:
"You will need a raid consisting of at least 2 groups, of average level of 65 or higher, in order to assist the priest."
Also noticed a bunch of new NPCs in Greater Faydark.

If you assemble a force of 2 groups avg 65+ then he will lead you off into the swamp. There him and half a dozen more priests will begin to chant. Soon after this several waves of high level frogloks will spawn and attack anything in the area trying to kill the priests. The raid I watched wiped but I have read that if the frogloks are repelled the priests will turn into dark elves and a troll will spawn. The head priest and the troll then leave to talk in private.

So if you do that you are helping the frogloks? What if you want to help the trolls? I want them out of our city =D
EDIT: I watched a war in Gfay tonight between the orcs and the elves... it was awesome, the high elven chanters were charming all the orcs and making them fight against each other and stuff (as a DE I was rooting for the orcs of course)

From the original posters' description, it looks like you are helping the elves against the frogloks.
I guess these are dark elf enchanters, who pretend to be high elves, though I am not sure how can they priests and chanters at the same time.
I wonder who is the troll that they evoke - can it be Ykesha?
