PoI and PoN

As to AAs I don't really think there are any major ones you need and your spells are very handy I'd wait till 65 to do some AA Grinding

I'd go ahead and start working toward the healing AAs unless you intend to solo all the way to 70. They make a tremendous difference in your healing efficiency.

Dire charm is a soloing boon, as well, though I wish you could refund it later and get the AAs back. :-)

Edited to add: for soloable loot, within a few levels you'll be able to hunt in Umbral Plains for you Elysian armor, which is pretty nice for the effort.

You cannot get AA experience until level 51 so get level 51 first before making a decision. It also depends on your play style. Personally, AAs become more important after level 60. I think this has to do with the fact that AAs were not even invented until the level cap was 60 and many players had no more advancement options. The 50s are long enough, I suggest going for 100% xp until 60. Then try 90%xp 10%AA or 80/20 or 50/50 or 0/100 if you really want them. At 65, start seriously considering getting 2 dozen AAs or so to fit your needs.

As for groups, the Hot Zones like the Hols and the Planes of Power will be your new home.

Soloing is trickier in that it all depends on what you can handle and in what type of environment. You have to consider the possibility of adds, NPC resists, whether or not you can kite, if you can root/rot, if they summon, etc.

Quad wyverns in Cobalt. Should get you to 52 or 53 pretty quick. Just pull em down to the beach and you won't have to worry about the drakes on CoV faction (unless you're non-kos already).

50s are a long haul. I am just now almost to 59 and I can hardly remember what I was doing at 50. Not much soloing though. Much preferred grouping. I was also switching between cleric and druid.

Lots of PoJ groups.
PoI was also popular.

Dulak boats.

You can solo Frost Giants in EF or Hill Giants in Rathe for xp still (and cash)

We made some runs at Lady Vox at this time.

Groups in Draniks Scar.

You really suck as a healer until level 58. Try healing your tank who is dotted with a nasty poison spell in Draniks with Superior Healing. I did get 3 AA at level 52 for run3. Even though you have SoW and Wolf-form, run3 is very useful in dungeons when SoW runs out.

Depending on the zone, I would switch to 100% AA if the normal xp was sucky. In PoV I usually go 100%xp but in PoJ (at level 58) now I usually switch to all AA. When I get my 6 (5 now) basics, I will likely try to xp to 60 and stop for more AA there.

im just gonna guess that Dothammer rated me down... a bunch.

anyways ***** the rating system.
#11 Jul 08 2005 at 10:44 AM Rating: Good
That's kinof a ballsy statment to make with no backing evidence.

Besides, one person can only rate you 13 times (each person can only rate a post once)...if your rating dropped that fast, then many people would've been rating you down.

Each post can be rated twice? And only 13 rates? Could you explain this a little bit?

Only when you were ladypamela et. al.

I seldom bother to rate anyone, unless they have a REAL GOOD post, or an insulting/nasty one.
