Spells will stop fizzling once they reach a higher level, so keep at it and the higher your player level the higher your spell levels will be. I know for example my Ranger has alteration, evocation, etc.... Each time I gain another level of those my spells fizzle less. I only have 45-50 at each of those and I think I only fizzle 1 of 10-15 times on average. Weapons and shields are another thing.....I'd suggest goign to butcherblock or somewhere and harvesting. I am only level 11 so it's probably different for me, but I kill wandering greenbloods and goblins. Each drops an item worth 2Plat quite a bit. But they also drop items worth 8Copp so it's hard to say. Save up your money, or beg for weapons/shields, that works too......

either you practice spellcasting e.g in Pok/guildlobby or you train at the guildmaster.

do quests. look them up here on Alla (quest section).

PS: hiseinen: "only fizzles 10 - 15 times" - you kidding? and no, don't beg for equipment. absolute no go, if you don't want to ruin your reputation or are inclined to make it onto other peeps ignore list...

edit: spelling

Saving your money: = Real good idea.

Begging for items = Absolutley lousy idea. This will get you on so many ignore lists it isnt even funny.

Take your druid to East Karana, root rot Crag spiders in the hills, don't melee them they have a nasty poison.

Loot the silks and sell them in bazaar for whatever is the going rate.

with your vast profits <got about 70 swatches doing lvl 23-24 with my cleric this morning and they go for 5pp per swatch> buy some low level wisdom items to boost your wisdom to 200 or buy some good weapons for your warrior.

with the Warrior don't worry about a shield just get a low ratio weapon like this and whack away with both hands when you get duel wield.
