So the patch message stated that to Karsor the Mad needed to be convinced to get the new Fear spells.
Anyone figure out how to get them and what they are yet?

The new Fear spells are available in Lavastorm at the vendor Tatsujiro the Serene. Cost 75 and 120 Crystals.
The new Cleric and Shaman level 57 spells are also available in Lavastorm at the vendor, Tatsujiro the Serene.
So far, I have not been able to locate the level 50 shaman and cleric spells.

My Druid just handed in his 5th Minor Muramite Rune and recieved the new Fear spell Instinctual Terror.
Handed in to Karsor the Mad, who previuosly went into a rage and threw the extra rune at me when I had all the level 66 spells, LoL.
