How do I find out which zones are "hot zones" for any particular level? Or do they exist anymore?
Also...another question....
Are those "aa" Veteran Rewards something that will be there forever? or are they a temporary thing?
Just curious...

I'm afraid I can't answer your first question, but I know that the Veteran Rewards are a permanent inclusion. Also, any character you have flagged for vet rewards will receive new ones as it gets older.
Hot zones are still active, although I think that there will be new ones after today's patch... We'll see...

It is possible the 'hot zones' may change with this patch (I hope so anyway). If so it will be in the patch message.
This is the current list I am using (ripped off from elsewhere):
The Warrens 5-25
Netherbian Lair 15-30
Echo Caverns 20-40
The Scarlet Desert 30-45
The Tower of Frozen Shadow 30-45
The Hole 40-60
The Grey 40-50
Howling Stones 45-60
The Halls of Betrayal (Chardok B) 45-60
