Is there an add-on program that I can download to show exp as a percent? Sure would be handy in selecting mobs for max exp gain.

If your looking for something that will show your XP bar as a % just grab a new UI. Martant has linked one of the best sites to find one you like.
However I think your looking for something that will show exact numbers so you can decide which mobs give the best XP and that is the exact reason it doesn't exist.
Even the XP% given by custom UI's is not exact. All it does is break down the XP bar and gives you a number. Each full yellow bubble is 20% so each blue bubble is 4%.
