Querstion about Ornate / Wanderer's SylvanFollow

Hi, all.

While doing some shopping in the bazaar, I got fairly lucky on the price of the Ornate Leather Cap Pattern for my druid (probably because of the Scarred Browband.)

So, I read the "quest" for the Wanderer's Sylvan Cap, just to see what I needed in order to make it.

I was under the impression that you had to be 55th level in order to get the druid emblem from the NPC, or 55th level to wear the armor, although there is no required level listed on the gear.

I was just looking through some magelo profiles, and there are quite a few druids lower than 55 who are wearing Sylvan stuff.

Do you have to be 55 in order to create/wear this?

Any thoughts are appreciated.

I just read this in a post for retrieving the Emblem and Kit to combine this stuff in:

Based upon this statement, then, I'm thinking that the owner of the Magelo I looked at either:

A.)Made a faulty character

or more likely,

B.)Forgot to update their level when they put the equipment on

Looks like I'm holding onto the pattern for a while longer then.
