Was bored and poked my head into the Plane of Fear last night.....There wasnt a Mob to found ANYWHERE? Walked around a bit, went into buildings and explored but nothing.
Was the zone messed up or did someone do a quest or something?
Just curious.

Think even yard trash is a 8 hour repop. But do not hold me too it.
After a Raid if everything was killed it will take 8-12 hours before anything will start respawning. Being when CT is being attacked he makes a zone wide call for help.
Only marginally related, but last night I zoned into an empty Kurns Tower at peak US time on Stromm (the tower is NEVER empty). I quickly found however, that my SK couldn't cast a single spell; the spell bar would show part or all of the cast time, but never actually cast or use mana. People came in periodically, and copnfirmed that they coudlnt cast either. I learned that FoB was the same way. I finally reloaded all my spells, and they started working again. I can't remember this happening before, anyone else?
It happened to me as I tried to Gate out of PoV last night. I could cast any spells until I rememmed them all.

To original poster, I once was curious too about Fear but glad I didn't follow up on it. Had to help a good friend from my guild get his Wizrd epic drop there the other night. What a pain in the butt. At first, I was thinking, no big deal most of them con light blue to dark blue to me and we are there with 10 people. I had no clue about the aggro there. It is ridiculous with us fighting packs of 10+ mobs at a time if one person got any agrro at all. Then the mobs that simply gate you a short distance away, where of course you get more aggro. It was pretty annoying but we cut our way through and got his last drop.
While there someone also said Exodus doesnt work in Fear although I have no idea if thats correct. So be careful if you go exploring.

Plane of Fear mobs have a spawn time ranging anywhere from 8 to 24 hours. So for that period after a server reset, there will be no mobs up at all. This fact led me to explore PoF just after a server reset. It was pretty cool, and I had a map and guide that explained all about the locations of the mobs and where to camp and such. Then, the next evening I decided to zone in again, whiled invised and I made real sure I had Gate memmed, I just wanted to con a few mobs then split. I zoned in, hit F8 to select a mob and BANG BANG BANG "OMGWTHBBQ?" Click Gate, stunned, click, stunned, click, stunned, click, dead.
*sigh*
To make a long story short, the CR lasted well into the wee hours and took 2 really uber (back then) guilds to help me and the guild mates that died trying to get my corpse out. We had approximatly 30 corpses piled up at one time, 2-3 of each.
