I have a Human Paladin, and was curious to know if I messed up his stats at all. I think the bases listed are right, but his link is in my sig, so you have an idea of what gear/stats I have.

you are doing very very good as a level 20.
states to raise are: HP -> AC -> STA -> Resists (magic being the more important one) -> Wis -> mana regen
the rest are not important, and will raise along with your primary stats anyway when you get good gear.

It looks like you put five into starting str, agil, stam and dex.
Nothing fatal about that choice, but for a human I would have put all 20 into stamina. (Though this is something I didnt do with Jonwin, and hes at 53 now. )
Lots of area for you to start upgrading on. Save your bone chips for the paladins guild in Kaladim.
You should be able to find cheap earring upgrades in the bazaar, at least for the orc fang, and boots can be very easy as well.

Not to bad. I would look for something to replace the fine plate armor ASAP though. Something with STA would be great.
Much better gear than I wore at 20, I'll tell you that much. Any other Audes remember the 25 paladin in full newbie gear at the Ry`Gorr raid? 
In either case, I'd say that the most important stat for you right now is HP. Later on, make sure to shift your focus slightly towards AC, especially if you find yourself tanking a lot. Also, as a paladin, you'll find yourself using stuns and sometimes group heals quite often. Don't be afraid to sacrifice a few points in stats to boost mana regen.
