I am a Barbarian Berserker and was told that I could use muramite runes for tomes. Who do I hand the rune to in order to acquire tombs???. Anyone know?

Zone into Draniks Scar. Follow the left zonewall down the hill. Just a bit before you get to the bottom of the hill (and you'll see some buildings with murkgliders, nocs, and other nasties wandering around, there's a Dragorn NPC. Don't remember his name offhand, but when you hail him he says something about being crazy and having glowing eyes.
Follow his text, hand him a rune. Get the first tome for whatever level rune that is. Level 66 is minor runes, level 67 is lesser, and level 68 is just plain muramite runes. Level 69 and 70 runes are no-drop and hopefully you'll have it all figured out by then.
Alternatively, you can simply read the quest description...

Yeah, it's Karsor the Mad. Be careful as other KoS NPCs do roam around him. There used to be a bug where if you got a tome, spell or song but didn't memorize it right away, then put it in the bank or left it on a corpse and turned in another rune, you'd get a duplicate. I don't know if they fixed that bug or not, but I'd suggest that as soon as you do a turn in, memorize that spell or song or turn in that tome before doing ANYTHING else.
