Join your server's open raid channel. Ask around someone aught to know it. It could possibly be:

/join openraid

/join flagraids

Go on a few raids to get familiar with the process, just do what the raid leader tells you and you should pick it up pretty quick. Also the SOE worlds magazine had a nice writeup on raiding this last issue. I'm not sure if that magazine is available online.

I think you can find all the info you need here

If you mean EQ raids, then you'll need to provide lots more information here. As in, how many people do you have in your raid force? what is your average level? What is the class makeup?

Once some of this information is brought to light, it will be easier to help you out!
