So this is probably a dumb questions but here goes. I have compiled 350plus radiant crystals and would like to buy a piece of gear from the merchant. The items at 340 crystals are still greyed out to me. They will not let me purchase. Is there something I am missing? Does your factions have to be a certain level to buy items? If so...what lvl? I am currently indifferent as I forgot to turn in my keeper's token a few times.
level requirement perhaps? IIRC most of the stuff that costs 340 crystals is required lvl of 70.
I'm reaching here but if you bought some of the crystals (or whatever) have you hit the "Reclaim" button to have them all show in the crystals box and not in your inventory?

Hmm. Nope haven't bought any crystals and all 357 show in my crystals box?? So this is not a faction issue??
I haven't heard of any faction requirements to buy anything, but I suppose it's possible. What's your faction with KoN? I'm amiable and I can purchase the 340's.
Faction has nothing to do with it I buy my gear from both camps and am KoS in one of them. Make sure you actually left click the item and not just right click, right clicking will open view window, but it's not actually selected. I know it sounds stupid but I had this problem the first time I bought gear
Just another reach here, but you are trying to spend the radiants at the right camp?
I just purchased some gear you have to reclaim the crystals before you can spend them. Just hit the reclaim button on your inventory and all your crystals with you will show up there then you can purchase. Be sure to have the default UI active.

This has been my experience as well.. I look at the item (via right click) to confirm it's what I want.. purchase is still greyed out. Click another line, click back.. now I can buy it!
