#1 Jun 13 2005 at 7:56 AM Rating: Decent
Would a grp of 2 shadowknights a cleric and a enchanter be a good grp for quading in BoT? I was thinking about it with a friend....would it be better than a normal grp or 6 ppl or would the xp be better wiht just 4...plz help

When most people say "quading" they are refering to kiting. I dont think that is what you are talking about though. I will go on the assumption you are talking about a regular tank group. There are 2 problems I see with your group. The first is dps. The kills would take forever. The second is FD pulling. That may take a long time in comparison to a ranger or druid harmony pulling.

All in all though you could easily be successful, but I think xp would be better if you added some dps.

2 SK using blade of disruption's and the enc haste...the enc pulling with paci...that should be enough dps and the enc solves the problem of pulling =\ think it will work?

Definately think it will work. Chanter pulling is a good idea so you can get his pet involved. Fight will be abit mana intensive for the cleric though because it will be a long fight as dps will still be abit slim. One possible thought is if your chanter has dire charm. There are mobs (level 45ish earth elementals) there that he/she could DC which would greatly increase your dps.

you'll definatly get much better exp with a full group. fill the 2 open spots with a puller and a dps.

not only you'll get much faster kills, you get group exp bouns. the 6th person isn't even taking any exp from the group pool.

but still, the extra SK will be very little help to group as far as dps is concerned.

Do you know how much dps does SK output with BoD, when not taking? I have never parsed my SK's dps with BoD so I don't know.

FD pulling should be plenty fast especially with 2 sks, they can work together, and if you get an add no worries b/c you got a chanter.

Looks like a fine group to me
