Buying old expansionsFollow

#1 Jun 09 2005 at 12:11 PM Rating: Decent
I have 2 accounts. One that I play all the time (has my 68 DRU) and another that I just occasionally play that has all but 3 of the most recent expansions.

My question is...do I have to pay separately for all the 3 expansions still or is there a "package" price available where I can get them all-in-one?

Thanks,

You'll have to buy three different expansions.

Or buy one of the packages that also include all the expansions you already have as well.

I don't think they have a package yet that includes Omens and DoN. Platinum included GoD though. If you don't have GoD you can get it for about $10 (often less), and Omens for about $20.

I had ano old EQ account (EQ and Kurnak)I just reactived since the Veteran Rewards, I used the EQ Platnium package to bring the account up to OOW. DON you will have to purchase seperately untill they come out with a new package.

I went ahead and bit the bullet and ordered the 3 expansions I lacked (roughly $60). Thought I would post the digital download prices from SOE's "store":

Omens of War $19.99
The Legacy of Ykesha $9.99
Lost Dungeons of Norrath $9.99
Gates of Discord $9.99
The Shadows of Luclin $9.99
The Scars of Velious $9.99
The Ruins of Kunark $9.99
The Planes of Power $9.99
Dragons of Norrath $29.99

Hope this helps,

Would have been cheaper to just order EQ Platinum.

$19.99 For EQ Classic and the first 7 expanions..sure you get duplicates, but you save $40.

Good idea. I should have done that, but it would have only saved me $10. It doesn't include DoN or OoW. Still $10 IS $10 =)

But is it really worth it? Everyday I have to go outside to go to work and everday I hate it.....Life would be great if I could get paid to play games all day.....ah if life were only fair.
