do you have to have a certain # of characetrs created to play. if not how come i can't do anything other than look at information on this game. i can't even do a tutorial map (is this clear enough) by map I mean game.
Once you create a toon you start part 1 of the tutorial. Not much more to it than that. Only need 1 toon.

It is not. Assuming you live in the US, you will want to travel to your nearest Walmart and buy a copy of EQ Platinum, that will be everything you need to get started (minus a semi-capable computer and a credit card). The game costs about $15.00 a month (not sure on price - I have access pass).

If you click on Futuregohans profile, you will see he/she has 3 uberly twinked lv 1 characters making this post even more perplexing. I think he/she assumed this site was a browser based RPG?
After 16 years, I'm not listing every friggin character.
Ok, I shouldn't be laughing but it's funny. If you look at those toons of his, they are completly made up. Want proof? Each of his lvl 1 toons has 500ish AA's.
I think czaemon hit it on the head. I would say he deserves another rate up but he already hit 5.0 on that post.

As Devilwind said, you need to go to your nearest major electronics store and buy "Everquest: Platinum". You can also buy a 30 day gamecard for roughly $15 instead of using a creditcard.

as your rating is an average of all the ratings you have received, not the average of all the posts you have posted, rateups beyond 5.0 still help =p
Well I'd do it if I could but as many rate up's as I have had recently I seem to be stuck at 2.97 and 2.98. It seems to bounce back and forth every few days but doesn't change other than that. Maybe someone else will boost ya
