How many ebayers does it take to change a lightbulb?

Five - One to ask /ooc for directions, and four to claim to be "returning players" that just forgot how

How many eBayers does it take to kill a hill giant?

I don't know. Can a level 54 ranger solo a hill giant?

I don't think they would find the NPC who gives the 'lightbulb' quest. (He is in Burned Woods, which is off Iceclad this week...)

how many Ihaightpigpens does it take to change a lightbulb?

three.

one to call daddy, and two to reminisce about how changing lightbulbs was so much better before he was born.

"I don't know.....am I high enough level to change a lightbulb?"

or:

None: they just pay off someone else to do it for them.

Apparently they should have all the plat needed to buy a small army of lightbulb changers.

7 ebayers and 8 hours of thinking before they find out that one can cast a summon light globe spell.

Ebayers are an issue yes.

There is a bigger problem though.

People who did not buy their accounts are level 50-70 and don't know anything about the game.

It is troubling yet very real.

<Shudder>

Why did you have to bring that up Reyla?

Or people with caster alts that have played warriors, yet are sure they know how to play a caster, so PL and then dont understand why they die so much?

<Double shudder>

I can't figure out why a bunch of idiots complain about people buying accounts. Some people don't have time to level toons up but like to play high level toons. I see nothing wrong with it. People really should mind their own business, it's not their accounts to complain about.

Well I certainly mind when someone buys their toon and has no idea what they're doing and then proceed to get the group wiped, over and over again. I don't play EQ to go backwards on xp thank you. This is a social game and what others do becomes our business because it affects us.

ebay in general has very few effects like that.

I've played for years, I've raided almost daily with guildmates who have bought their toons (and for a lot of that, with me myself on a bought toon...) I've done more singlegroup stuff than most people, and I can remember encountering a grand total of *two* incompetants who bought their toons.

Hehe, I've encountered way more incompetants who rolled their toons than those who bought them. One cleric in particular comes to mind......
