Presumably a character inherited from a friend?

Unlike the newer games EQ isn't very strong on class specific quests and because most are repeatable they tend not to yield much exp either. Whenever they did people exploited them to death until they were nerfed in some way.

You could do the Burning Rapier quest but that is very old by today's standards and the reward is poor.

The next really good quest is your epic which requires either some very well geared friends or a guild. In any case you can't really do much of it until 50.

There are quests but since a rogue is almost unable to solo you are somewhat dependent on where the groups are.

You could do the Thurgadin Armor at 44 with a decent group but the drops are hideously rare and again not that good by current standards.

Normal procedure would be to just do groups, earn some cash and buy gear.
