Is the Wizard Epic 1.0 MQable?

I have the Gnarled Staff and the Oil from Fear. Does anyone know if the BCS from Phinny can be MQed? I have a friend that has it in his bank. And when was the last time you heard of the MQ working?

I MQ'ed the last part of my epic (I mean when i gave the three staffs to the merchant in Halas). I suppose that's what you were asking for...

How did you MQ last three staffs? Were other staffs given by Wizards? Who gave first staff? Arantir will not accept staffs from non-wiz players.

I did the wiz epic and had one of the staves mqed. just remember to give the note from firepot first then any mqed staff, then give whatever you have as far as the staves go to him in that order and it should work. It did for me.
