What are some good Instant Cliky quests I can do at lvl 67?

shrunken goblin skull earring... easy to get... works great.

Depends on class. The goblin earing has stacking issues for some classes.
I did the quest entitled "FInd a tinkerer in the Bazaar" and bought a spyglass.

Does anyone have a list of the instant clickies that are available? Or know how to look them up without knowing a specific name?
At level 67, you have probably already done the easy ones, you might have to do some reasearch for the more in depth quests.
Over the last 15 months, we've traveled to every corner of the United States. I've now been in 57 states? I think one left to go.

Do you want any 0-sec cast time clicky item? Or clicky items that may have a cast time, but do specific things? Do you want them to be usable by your class, and if so, what class is that? Do you want them for buffs that may get dispelled, or maybe for soloing, for buff types you don't you get?
More information, would greatly help, narrow down what you want.
Also, the shrunken goblin skull earring isn't really a quest, it's just dropped, and the effect is over-written by other buffs. This is the case with many clickies, since they are based on low-level buffs.
There are over 1200 clicky items I know of, and over 200 of these are instant-clickies. More information, would help narrow the list down to what you really want to know about.
Eyepatch of Plunder is a descent quest for a clicky haste item with 20% haste buff, however it is not instant, but 1.5sec cast time. Also, Distillate of Alacrity X is 50% haste, so not many go for the Eyepatch anymore. Journeyman's Boots is another one if you don't have Run 5 AA and can't cast SoW or other similar buffs, it though is an outdoor only cast, but is instant.

I would advise against the eyepatch unless you can actually use the clicky melee haste. One of the quest pieces involves a horrendous camp, which took me 25 full hours on my Ranger, spread out over 2 days.

Look up the quest "depths of darkhollow" for the clicky mask that is made from 5 insta-click resist buff shards, once you are done with the quest you can hail again and get all 5 peices back. 5 insta click resist buffs that stack with each other (but not the mask click itself)
I was curious about instant clickies such as those that raiding guilds want their members to have. Some of the guilds say things such as 2 instant clickies required. I have been doing some searching on Alla, and not coming up with much information.
I can't find a quest listed that is called "Depths of Darkhollow". Anyone know if that is the proper name for the clicky that is described above?
Usually the need for instant clickies on raids, is for trash buffs that get dispelled. Often you need the top 2-3 slots with trash buffs, and keep putting them back up when they get dispelled to avoid losing all your buffs during the fight.
However, the Ancient Werewolf Skull quest (EDIT: Item name, 'cause at the time, non-premium searches were faster / easier using item name rather than quest name, which at the time of the original post usually didn't result in anything meaningful) (mentioned above by Srakeats), is an excellent one to have for raids, due to the clicky being 50 to all resists and stacks with all player resist buffs. They don't even have to be instant, just as long as they're very short .. no sense in having an 8+ sec cast time for trash buffs, since you may lose another 2-3 buffs by the time you get it off. Potions are often good for this as well. Distillate of Alacrity I is cheap, and will stick as long as you have Enc haste and not Shm haste.

and also as stated above once the quest is complete rehail the old shiliksin quest giver 5 times and you get the 5 individual instant cast clickies that stack with eachother, but not with the mask. there you go, 5 instant click trash buffs.
