Berserker Frenzy Skill :: Free Realms

I have a 28 Berserker who, generally, has a skill cap of 145. However, I noticed that the last few levels my Frenzy skill wasn't skilling up past 131. So, since I have like 30 "practices" saved up, I went to my local Berserker Guildmaster, who, when I tried to pay to get my Frenzy up, told me that it was maxed out. Is this normal?

the skill cap may not increae until after lvl 30.

Frenzy skill cap is 200 and it will cap at certain lvls which is about right i think it will cap at 200 i beleive at lvl 45 but i could be wrong havent been at those lvls in some time. But i know for a fact that you will cap it for sure by lvl 50
