I happen to have come across the parts of one of the Rangers TS armor pieces when selling stuff in Dawnshroud Peaks (bought the mark and jewel in the bazaar later on). But my ranger is only 20 - is there a lvl restriction to trade the stuff for the armor? And/or can my 35th cleric turn in the ranger stuff too?
There is no level restriction on TS armour but you do lose faction with Seru so be careful which toon you use.
My wife had a charicter especially for hand-ins since she wanted good seru faction for shopping with the char she hunted the bits with.

Check the zone link on the left for the Twilight Sea quests. All the armor quests are listed, with discussion about them. I don't know if they can be multiquested, but aren't most of the components droppable?
