You can email to eqfeedback@soe.sony.com or you can /feedback while in-game. They claim they read both... (no comment)

Okay here they go.

1. When you right click on a buff in your buff box and hold the right click down, it shows a nice big empty box with the symbol in it. I think it would very helpful and easy if they were to attach the buff description to that box. So players can see and the spell and know what the heck it does. Even more helpful for begining players so they can learn whats what.

2. Maybe I missed it but there doesn't seem to be a way to gaurd your chat boxes. What I mean by this is you can close them by accident like I do, repeatedly. I have three chat boxes always up, the main and two extras for all the channels. I constantly hit the X in the upper right corner and close my boxes when trying to click a mob, door, or somehting.
I think it would be simple and easy to add a option to the right click menu that shows up on the top bar of a box to remove the X until you uncheck the option in the menu. This would be a small thing but a vast concience.

3. This ones a little less feasible but I think it would be good none the less. While shared bank slots are a plus theres still the annoyance of cross account transfers. Many people have two or more accounts and moving platinum and goods between them can be a hassle because you have to track down someone you trust to hold stuff for you. If would seem simple but most likely be much more complex then I know to create and NPC that would be a transfer banker.
I thought of a few ways to work it out. One would be by allowing you to deposit money and goods with the NPC and you could apply a user name and password to that account. Then when you come by with your other account you would use a key phrase, "I wish to make a deposit" or "I wish to pick up items" to the NPC that would trigger a pick or deposit window. This would bring it up and on the pick up youd be prompted for the name and password.
A few odds and ends to handle some of the problems that might arise would be as soon as you say deposit, it would save you charecter like when you exit a merchant and possibly add a flag to it in the system. So you cant say I put in 500k and its gone. They'd look at the save and be like, wow you didnt have it in the first place! Next would be to make the switch accont basicly no rent. You have 30 minutes to do a 4 minute job. This would prevent people from clogging the system with secondary bank accounts and some more possible fraud. In case of a server outage, they'd revert you depositing charecter back to the save that was made when you key phrased the NPC.
This account would obviosuly not all no drop items to be passed along in any way. The next issue I though would have been account theft happening. But people have been hijacking accounts for years. SOE should claim to (or reall do it) keep a 72 hour or so record or so of all transactions with the trader NPC to prevent theft and abuse.
I just also thought that they should even go as far as to make a pop up box appear when you go to make a deposit with a run down of the rules and restrcitions kinda like the EULA when you first start EQ. Therefore theres no excuse if something goes wrong. SOE's advoidance to liabilty would be a key issuse with this idea and I think that would help.

Well, those are my ideas. I thought they were pretty good.

The second one is easy. Right click on the top bar of a box, select lock. If you lock your chat boxes, and all your other boxes, like spells, spell gems, hot keys, then you cannot accidently move or close them. I don't even like to accidently move mine, as they are where I want them, all lined up around outside edges of screen. I think everything is lockable. When locked you can still use the circle to shrink them, but cannot close or move.

One of my biggest gripes is that I do not have enough spell gems.

I would be scared to use a bank with time limits, as I have tried to log on for over 30 minutes before, and not gotten on. If it crashed when you were on, your time limit would pass by after the restore while you were at work or sleep.

First one is good, even the spells themselves do not tell you what they do, it will say strength, without telling you how much, so you have to look it up if you want to know.

Hmm I tired locking mine and it still gets closed. Maybe I some how .. did something .. wrong?

As for the bank it would ONLY be for cross account transfers. Maybe they could make it 24 hours even. Just some limit to prevent everyone just making a second bank and clogging the system.

You are correct, I can still close them. I sure thought it worked. So either it did and they changed it, or I am just nutz.

I guess I have not accidently clicked for a while. After one patch, I could not unlock my windows and move them, and I bugged that several times.

Bah humbug, and sorry for the poor advise, though it still prevents you from moving them.
